My cats like the tree and play on it frequently. One of the cats really uses the posts to climb to the top of the tree or to groom his claws. I moved from a big house to a small apartment recently and even though they have less space to run, they can still have fun with this very well constructed and sturdy tree. It is very heavy so it will be impossible for cats to tip it over. -- Cat tree

No doubt about it, our 4 cats LOVE this tower. Whether playing, sleeping or scratching, this tower does it all. And it's practically bomb-proof. It does show wear but is far from worn out after about one year. I won't even look at another brand when it comes time to buy another! -- Meow

I've had this less than a week so the cats (3) are just beginning to get curious about it. The kitty condo is sturdily built and arrived in one piece - nothing to assemble! It's heavy, the packaging stated that it's 70 pounds. One of my cats loves the scratching post, I found one of them curled up in the lower landing and all three chase the laser light around the posts. My 19 pound cat may have a problem getting into the enclosed part.
Will update when they really get going with it! I'm going to add a swinging toy to increase their interest. -- Sturdy construction

I bought one and then a few months later bought another in a different style. They are excellently made, much better than the local chain pet warehouse store. Very heavy. We have 5 rescued cats, all very big and these trees are holding up just fine. I had never had a basket cat tree before and the cats love them. I just wish the rounded baskets were made a little longer for the really big cats so their heads and tails didn't hang over each end! :) No doubt, I'll be buying another before long. -- I bought Two!!

i read some reviews where the condo was not packaged well and there was damage in shipment. my condo came wrapped in very heavy plastic sheeting and had no damage. i have a 7 month old overactive kitten and he really tears around and up and down this thing. it doesn't tip at all. it is really, really heavy. the parcel post guy had all he could do to get it in my house. the scratching post is great too. i am very happy with my purchase. -- excellent construction
