I bought this Molly and Friends product for the quality noted in other reviews and the cat tree did not disappoint. It is indeed sturdy, stable enough for two large cats to race each other to the top and not tip over, and gratifyingly high (from a cat's perspective). There are only two features that are not clear from the pictures that might affect your cats' use/enjoyment of the different levels. First there are holes in all but the lowest level. They are big enough for even large sedentary cats to ascend easily from level to level to the top. However, they take up space in the sleeping areas, meaning parts of adult cats (e.g., tails, paws) will usually be laying across or through the holes, making it irresistable for cats on the lower lever to torment the cat above. This has reduced the amount of use for sleeping, particularly in the cradles. Second, the cradles are much deeper, with steeper sides than cradles on other cat tree models. My cats are having trouble getting used to the fact that they can no longer rest their chins on the top of the cradle, and they look a bit more scrunched up when they sleep. On the other hand, our middle aged cats are getting much more exercise racing each other to the top and can now even do it going up the outside rather than through the holes. -- Great quality, but note the holes
