9 pieces, but most of the pieces were weird sizes that were mostly unusable. Comforter material was rough to the skin and the colors were very bland. OK, but not what I had anticipated. -- Palm Tree Comforter Bag
The set is a great deal. From what I've experienced the quality is good. As was mentioned in another review the color is darker than it appears in the picture on here. It is the same picture as on the package that the set comes in, so it's nothing the King Linens did. I like it, very comfortable set. I also ordered the matching curtains, and like them as well. -- Great Set
I do agree with the other reivewer... You do get what you pay for, however, with a little TLC, the throw pillows regain their shape. I have not had any trouble with "picking" nor do I have any issues with the comforter slipping off the bed. In fact what I do have is a nice looking, bedroom comforter set that was very inexpensive... If you are looking for HIGH quality, this is not the set for you, but it is definately not JUNK either.... For the price you pay, it is definately worth it. It has suited my needs in our guest room perfectly. -- Nice for the $$$
